Parr was named one of the ten best companies to work for in Oregon and southwest Washington by the Oregonian. This is the 13th year The Oregonian/OregonLive has partnered with Energage to determine the area’s top workplaces. Philadelphia-based Energage administered the surveys, using the results to rank employers.
Energage, the research partner of The Oregonian/OregonLive, administered surveys on employee engagement. The company selected and ranked the winners based on their survey scores. Each of the employers in the survey received high marks from workers in surveys administered for The Oregonian/OregonLive’s annual Top Workplaces competition.
